Spin-Rinser-Dryer

Laurell Technologies introduces a new single wafer manual Spin-Rinser-Dryer. Featuring a safety door interlock, digitally adjustable speed to 3000 RPM, preset acceleration, Ø 1" drain & Nitrogen purge-port, clear ECTFE lid (acid & solvent-proof), and a non-vacuum edge-grip multi-size wafer chuck. Two models: RD-100-6NPP with up to Ø150 mm or 100 X 100 mm and RD-100-8NPP going up to Ø200 mm or 150 X 150 mm.

Options: wet-deck mount "indeck" with remote control, a special non-vacuum chuck to run different size wafer fragments at the same time, and exhaust port.
