Advantest's New T5592 Tester for Mass Production of Direct Rambus DRAM Simultaneously Tests 64 Devices at 1.066 GHz

Advantest‘s new T5592 Memory Test System for use in the mass production of Direct Rambus DRAM (D-RDRAM). The T5592 is capable of testing up to 64 devices in parallel and has a testing speed of 1.066 GHz.

Developed specifically for mass production lines, the T5592 boasts a testing speed, simultaneous testing capacity, and timing accuracy superior to any other currently available product. The T5592's dependable, high-precision timing is made possible by the new timing generator circuit technology and unique cooling system for improved heat management. This, coupled with our new high precision calibration tool, ensures high timing accuracy in a span of time one tenth that of previous models.
